Gem-Valley LLC is the only public gem-mining/facility in the beautiful mountains of Ashe County, NC! Located at the historical mine of Ore Knob, you can find us at 2489 Little Peak Creek Road off of Highway 88 in Jefferson/Laurel Springs NC 28640. PRICES: $10.00 per person for access to the flumes and mining for the entire day (all equipment supplied). Children 5 years old and younger accompanied by a paid adult have Free Admission. Gem-Bucket prices start at $10.00 a bucket and up.
