Handmade silver jewellery with unique designs that make unusual gifts for women. Bridal accessories including Tiaras and cufflinks for men. Online shop with next day worldwide dispatch.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
I am a jewellery designer and needed a shop to display my work.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
2006 this one although I had written a few charity websites beforehand.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Wanted something that would represent what was on the website.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
The website itself has rollovers hiding alternative images of the jewellery making it a more unusual design.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Keep it and add to it. Develop it further as it is always a work in progress.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
About balanced.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Probably spend more on advertizing.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes - would just get even less sleep!
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Just a few technical difficulties in web development.

Listings and search engines so far.

Takes quite a lot more time than expected.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
3 years and will run it myself always.
